Kickstart your career in the technology sector!

A new career path within a supportive community!

Are you curious about the tech sector but unsure how to get started? Generation Australia is pleased to launch this part-time program specifically tailored for First Nations learners.

In this program, you’ll get the skills and training you need to get a job in Web Development while learning amongst First Nations peers and staff. This 14 week part-time program runs from Monday to Friday 10:00AM-2:30PM AEST. The program includes technical training combined with hands-on projects and employability skills development. We also run a 1-week Pre Program prior to the main program to set you up for success and introduce you to your peers.

What is a Web Developer?

As a Web Developer, you will be a pioneer in web design. Your role will enable you to create content, help clients create websites and features, and support your team to resolve coding issues.

The workplace for you could mean a global company in a team of 500 or a community-driven firm in a team of 5.

In this digital age, web development is everywhere, from sales to security to sustainability. It’s up to you where you want to go next.

  • No cost to you
  • Access to a First Nations mentor in program
