Dylan is Generation Australia’s Head of Industry, Corporate and Community Partnerships. His team are responsible for supporting the recruitment of learners into our programs and also their placement post program.

He works closely with industry leaders to understand employment trends and in demand roles as well as be a trusted voice on diverse and inclusive hiring strategies. He is passionate about solving problems for organisations and believes that the work Generation does sits at the intersection of business outcomes and social impact.

His first job was as a football boundary umpire, and was paid a princely $5 per game, or a can of coke and a pie.
