Isabel Domingues

Director

Isabel the Regional Director of Finance for Asia at McKinsey & Company. As a member of the senior leadership team, she oversees the finance functions across the region and enables holistic and sustainable growth across Southeast Asia, Japan, India, Korea and Australia & New Zealand. She joined McKinsey shortly after completing her Business Degree at the University of Technology Sydney more than twenty years ago.

During that time, she has held several leadership roles before moving into a regional role in early 2022. She is a FCPA with extensive Finance, Accounting and Business Management expertise.

Isabel is passionate about using her business experience to have a positive impact on society and break down systemic barriers to employment and was one of the first directors of Generation Australia.
