Karena has 20 years experience in the Employment Services Industry, in both not-for-profit and profit-for-purpose organisations.

Most recently she was the CEO of Jobfind and uLaunch. Prior to this she has held Chief Operating Officer and National Operations Manager roles, as well as People and Culture and Quality, Governance and Compliance Executive Management roles.

She also spent time in management roles within Federal Government Departments including Centrelink, ATO and the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Commission.
