Sam is a Principal at Good Foundations. She is passionate about supporting for-profit businesses to develop and implement effective philanthropy and community engagement programs that bring meaningful benefits to all parties. Sam has previously worked as the CEO of an Australian not-for-profit, and she brings 20+ years of cross sector leadership experience spanning multinational FMCG organisations, not-for-profits, and philanthropy.

Her experience includes leading and developing teams as a senior executive and CEO, setting strategy and implementing programs in both established corporate, NFP and philanthropic entities, as well as high-level stakeholder management. Sam brings commercial business management capability from an international career in the FMCG sector and as a former CEO, and brings experience in social innovation, program co-design, impact measurement and structuring philanthropy programs.
