What is Data Analytics?

Data Analytics is the process of analysing data and transforming it into actionable insights. These insights help organisations make informed business decisions.

Data Analysts work across various industries, assisting in data management, visualisation, and storytelling for internal and external stakeholders. The role varies by company size and structure—ranging from end-to-end data management in smaller companies to specialised responsibilities such as data visualisation or contributing to a specific part of the data pipeline in larger organisations.

To be successful in this field, a data analyst must have strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills to present findings effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
