Maria is Generation Australia’s Contract Manager - Student Recruitment. She is the driving force behind recruitment for our programs and manages relationships with Employment Service Providers and other recruitment channels. She joined Generation Australia as she recognises the urgent need to close the huge education to employment gap in the world. Maria is originally from Argentina and has worked for non-for-profits for the last 8 years. She has led different employment and education projects with passion and commitment. She has a strong desire to empower people, particularly those who come from low-income and disadvantaged communities. Maria is a beach lover and enjoys going out with friends. Her first job was as a courier.
