This pre-employment program is designed to prepare, support, and guide you into a rewarding career in Disability Support.
Disability Support Worker Foundations Program
This comprehensive 5-week program, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM AWST will introduce you to the disability sector and equip you with the essential technical and personal care skills needed for a support worker role. You’ll also develop key soft skills like communication, problem-solving, and empathy, everything you need to feel confident stepping into the workforce. This program will be delivered online.
